This is a friendly reminder of several important community rules that help keep Deer Creek safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
**Golf Cart Operation**
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to operate golf carts on public roadways within Deer Creek. This rule is in place for safety and aligns with community and state requirements. Please ensure all drivers meet the minimum age requirement.
**Guest Use of Amenities**
All guests must be accompanied by a resident while using any Deer Creek amenities, including pools, clubhouses, and recreational areas. This ensures proper access, safety, and accountability for all visitors.
**Courtesy and Neighbor Respect**
We ask all residents to continue being mindful of their neighbors. Recently, concerns have been raised regarding pet bedding being washed in the public laundry facilities. Because some residents have severe allergies, please refrain from washing pet bedding or heavily soiled pet items in the community washers and dryers. This small courtesy helps protect the health and comfort of others.
