Dear Residents/Customers,
We have just been advised by Polk County that water service will be temporarily turned off throughout all of Deer Creek, including commercial properties, and Fawn Ridge due to emergency repairs being completed by Polk County.
The repairs are being made to the backflow system on the main water lines and are the responsibility of Polk County. Unfortunately, our office was not involved in planning these repairs, had no prior knowledge of them, and has no authority over the work or the timing of the water shutoff.
The water disruption is expected to last approximately the next hour or so while the emergency repairs are completed.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this unexpected disruption may cause. We will provide an update as soon as we are advised that the repairs are complete and water service has been restored.
