Partridge Pines (a 55+ Community) is one of four core HOA communities within the Deer Creek Corporation.  Our community is a mix of motor homes, 5th wheels, park models and stick built homes.  They are privately owned, deeded properties.  Partridge Pines has its own beautiful clubhouse for activities as well as a laundry room and heated pool that is open daily.

The social club brings Partridge Pines community members together on a frequent basis.  There are Tuesday night suppers organized by all members of the community from October thru March. This ties in nicely with Tuesday tee times for golfing specifically for Partridge Pines members.  Golfing and Tuesday night supper is a great way to mingle with your neighbors in Partridge Pines.

Homeowners or renters are welcome to join a group to play cribbage, cards, bridge, hand and foot, darts, pokeno and mexican train.  There are people that will teach you how to play if you don’t know how. We also have a quilters/knitting group that meets once a week to generate a project together, or share what they are working on at the time.
