Good day all!
Just wanted to make you aware that we had a glitch in our software recently with printing the bills. Many of you expect the “bill cards” that are usually sent out. Due to this glitch, more than half of the bills had to be printed as full sheet bills and mailed in regular envelope.
We just wanted you to be aware of.
If for any reason, you have not received your bill by next week, you are always welcome to contact the office at 863-424-2839 x103 and have it printed and/or emailed to you or just ask for the total due. You also can stop by the office during business hours to pick up a copy if needed.
