The Board of Directors would like to provide an update regarding the Deer Creek utility system (water and sewer services).
An application has been filed with the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) for the potential transfer of the utility system to Central States Water Resources (CSWR), a third-party utility provider. As part of this process, the PSC will conduct a formal review to evaluate the proposed transfer.
At this time, the utility system continues to be owned and operated by Deer Creek RV Golf & Country Club, Inc., and there are no immediate changes to service, billing, or day-to-day operations.
The review and approval process is handled by the PSC and may take time to complete. Residents will be notified of any material updates as they become available.
