On Monday, October 28,2024, we will begin road resealing work on Deer Creek Blvd., from the entrance of 27 all the way down to the Regal Pointe community. Unfortunately, there will only be one lane of traffic during the scope of work.
We anticipate completion by Wednesday, October 30, 2024, pending our residents’ complete cooperation. Please follow instructions from all workers as they direct traffic to and from communities as well as at the entrance of Deer Creek Blvd, off Hwy 27. For the entirety of the project, there will only be one lane in/out of each phase as well as out of the Deer Creek community.
