As part of our annual hurricane season preparedness efforts, approximately 50% of the pool furniture at the Main Clubhouse and within the four core communities (Eagles View, Orange Park, Palm Pointe, and Regal Pointe) will be temporarily removed over the next several days.
This is a routine precaution taken during hurricane season to help protect community assets and reduce the risk of furniture becoming damaged or displaced during severe weather events.
The remaining furniture will continue to be available for resident use, and removed furniture will be returned when appropriate based on weather conditions and operational needs.
Please note that Mockingbird Ridge and Regal Ridge maintain their own pool facilities and management processes. Any decisions regarding furniture at those locations will be communicated by their respective management teams.
