Good afternoon Osprey Point residents!
We’re writing to inform you that the pool deck resurfacing company had a last-minute cancellation, which has allowed them to begin work on the Osprey Point pool deck starting tomorrow, Wednesday, September 10th.
As part of this project, the pool deck will be resurfaced and painted, and the Osprey Point pool will be closed for at least one week. We will send a follow-up email once the pool is safe to reopen.
Important Notes:
• Maintenance will be removing all pool furniture tomorrow and placing signage indicating that the pool is CLOSED.
• No one is permitted to access the pool area during the resurfacing project.
• The main clubhouse pool will remain open and available for use during this time.
• We sincerely apologize for the short notice. While we had hoped to provide more advance communication, the timing and availability of the contractor required immediate action.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we complete this important improvement to the community.
