Good afternoon residents!
We are pleased to share the October 2025 Golf Course report. This update reflects the work completed and in progress to prepare the course and community grounds for the winter season.
Highlights from October:
• Course Conditions: Continued improvement from September, with detailed work underway to prepare for peak season.
• Greens: Treated with herbicide to prevent winter weeds; weekly fertilizer applications scheduled; rolling to begin once per week in season.
• Tees & Fairways: Overseeding completed October 20, with winter grass steadily filling in.
• Pump Station: Operating smoothly with daily screen cleaning.
• Irrigation: Central and weather station installation planned December 13th.
