Dear Residents,
This notice is to inform you that Polk County Utilities has implemented water use restrictions due to ongoing drought conditions affecting our area. Polk County implemented a once per week watering schedule which began February 8, 2026. These restrictions will apply to all residences, businesses & common areas served by Polk County Utilities regardless of the water source. The once a week also applies to wells and reclaimed water.
Once per week irrigation watering days:
if your address ends in 0 or 1 – Water on Monday
if your address ends in 2 or 3 – Water on Tuesday
if your address ends in 4 or 5 – Water on Wednesday
if your address ends in 6 or 7 – Water on Thursday
if your address ends in 8 or 9, along with common areas or a location for which an address can not be determined – Water on Friday
Watering hours under the new schedule have been modified as follows: 12:01 a.m. to 8 a.m. or 6 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. Properties less than one acre in size may only water during these hours.
In order to comply with these restrictions and to support community-wide water conservation efforts, the Association will be temporarily holding off on requesting pressure washing to be done to any homes, sheds, or RV/carports until the restrictions are lifted.
Residents are asked to be mindful of water usage during this period and to follow all applicable county guidelines regarding outdoor and non-essential water use.
We will continue to monitor updates from Polk County Utilities and will notify the community as soon as the restrictions are eased and pressure washing activities may resume.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work together to conserve water during this time.
