Attached is the March 2026 Course Report.
The Board of Directors would like to thank the community for bringing forward concerns related to the golf course.
As part of the Board's due diligence, a golf course consultant was engaged to evaluate the current conditions and provide professional insight. The consultant met with the Board to review observations and discuss considerations for both near-term and long-term planning.
The Board is now in the process of reviewing the information provided and discussing appropriate next steps. Any actions taken will be approached thoughtfully, with attention to the overall health, sustainability, and best interests of the community as a whole.
While there is nothing specific to report at this time, the Board felt it was important to communicate that concerns are being taken seriously and that a deliberate review process is underway.
Additional updates will be shared as decisions are made. The Board appreciates the community's understanding that meaningful improvements require careful evaluation and planning.
