🚫 Please Do Not Cut Through Private Lots
We have recently seen golf carts using the sides or backs of private lots—particularly near the maintenance barn/area—as a shortcut.
All lots in Deer Creek are privately owned, and cutting through them is not permitted.
Please use the designated roads within our communities.
With current water shortages, the grass is already stressed, and additional tire traffic causes further damage. Thank you for respecting your neighbors’ property.
🛍️ Community Yard Sale – Saturday, March 14
Our community yard sale is next weekend!
As we did this past Fall, we’ve contracted with HOPE THRIFT to pick up any unsold, gently used items.
• Truck Arrival: 2:00 PM
• Drop‑off Window: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
• Location: Administration parking lot
Please box up as much as possible. The drivers will load and haul away.
Soiled, damaged, or heavily worn furniture will not be accepted.
