Good morning
Due to a leak that occurred on 11/08/2024 causing water to be temporarily shut off, a precautionary boil alert was issued until testing of the water is completed. This affected all properties within Deer Creek Community. Unfortunately, the company does not do testing on weekends. The vendor will be in today to do the first test. This usually takes 48-72 hours for release of the boil water alert.
I personally apologize for not communicating this in Friday's email. It was our understanding from the vendor completing the repair, that they could repair without the water being turned off. We strive to complete any repairs without affecting homeowners/residents. Once the clearance is given, we will notify you immediately by email blast. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience & understanding.

The Administration office will be closing at 10:55am today to allow staff to attend our veteran ceremony. We will re-open the office at 1pm.
