On Thursday, February 15, 2024, Deer Creek RV Golf & Country Club, Inc. held their Annual Meeting at the Main Clubhouse.
Quorum was met with 403.5 which is about 60% of 655 members.
Thank you to all those who have participated in online electronic voting and to those who attended the meeting.
Eagles View elected Mary Williams in their election for their Corporate Director.
Regal Pointe elected Stan Staude in their election for their Corporate Director.
Mike Tirpak was elected as the Member at Large Director for Corporate Board.
The Board of Directors are as follows:
President: Stan Staude (Regal Pointe)
Vice President: Mike Tirpak (Regal Pointe)
Treasurer: Judy Hunt (Partridge Pines)
Secretary: Mary Williams (Eagles View)
Director: Jim Lee (Osprey Point)
The amendment to the Bylaws to “Add electronic voting language” was approved with 719.5 votes out of 732 votes received. (12.5 votes against)
