A Corporate Certificate has become available for sale by owner. The owner is asking for starting price of $1000 or best offer.
As a reminder, the Corporate Certificate has a face value of $1,000 and will always remain at that value.
Ownership of a certificate includes the following benefits:
- A $15 monthly discount on maintenance fees (valid through July 2031)
- Discounted access to golf membership
- Voting rights for Corporate Board Director elections
- Eligibility to serve as a Corporate Board Director
Please note the following regarding transfers:
- A $100 transfer fee is required and must be paid at the Administrative Office separate from the cost of the certificate.
- Any sale price of the certificate is negotiated directly with the current owner and paid to them.
