This is a general reminder to all residents regarding community safety and gate access procedures.
Speeding Concerns
We have recently received reports of vehicles traveling at excessive speeds within the community, particularly in areas with curves and pedestrian traffic.
For the safety of all residents and guests, please observe posted speed limits and drive with caution at all times.
At this time, management does not have the ability to identify vehicles without specific information. If a vehicle can be identified (plate number, property, or occupant), we can follow up directly.
Gate Access and Remote Use
The gate system has been reviewed multiple times by maintenance and our gate vendor, and no system-wide malfunction has been identified.
In several recent instances, issues have been resolved through:
- Proper positioning of remotes (near the antenna)
- Use of authorized, office-issued remotes
Please note:
- Only remotes issued through the office are guaranteed to function properly
- Personally purchased remotes or vehicle-programmed systems may result in inconsistent operation
Reporting Gate or Remote Issues
To properly investigate and address concerns, all gate-related issues must be reported directly to the office with specific details.
A Gate/Remote Issue Form is now available and required for review. This allows us to:
- Test the device
- Identify patterns
- Provide accurate information to our vendor
Reports made without specific details or submitted through external platforms cannot be verified or addressed.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a safe and properly functioning community.
