- 🏡 Private Lots: Each lot within Deer Creek is private property. Please do not enter another resident's lot—either on foot or with pets—without their explicit permission.
- 🐾 Pet Etiquette: Extended leashes often lead pets into gardens or landscaped areas unintentionally. Please ensure your pets remain on the sidewalk or road and do not wander through neighbors' lawns or shrubbery.
- 🚧 Construction Sites: For your safety and others’, construction sites must not be entered or walked through under any circumstance.
- 🛠️ Property Items: Regardless of proximity to the road, items such as pavers, plants, or tools located on a resident’s property should never be removed or disturbed.
- 💧 Water Meters: Please avoid placing any heavy objects or blocking access to water meters. These devices are essential for property services and must remain accessible at all times.
