Electronic voting starts tomorrow!! You may receive your invitation/code anytime after midnight tonight!
Our Annual Meeting notice will be included and sent out to all residents in the 4-core communities (OP, EV, PP, RP) and only the certificate holders in Regal Ridge and Mockingbird Ridge.
Please BOLO (Be on look out) for the email, that will provide a direct link to vote electronically!
Some new homeowners may not have been updated so if you do not receive your code within the week, please email me directly for the code you will need to vote. (NOTE: no one other than myself can provide code to residents) If your account is not in good standing (past due more than 90 days) you will not get a code. You would have to resolve that – in order to vote. (contact Samantha)
We ask that you please take the time (minutes) to vote. It is important for your community as well as all of Deer Creek!

ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE
Member at Large Director (Corporate)
Meeting: Thursday, February 15, 2024 @ 2pm, at the Main Clubhouse.
Online voting starts 01/30/2024 and will end at 2:30pm on 02/15/2024.
Information: The Member at Large Director must be a certificate holder (in good standing) from any community and is for a two-year term.
There will also be a vote to amend our bylaws to include language which adds electronic voting.
Quorum and voting will take place electronically through VOTEHOANOW. Each property with an email on file will receive an email invitation to vote from the community voting site. If you do not receive the email by February 1st, please contact Samantha at the contact information provided below.
Voting online is easy and quick! You will have three steps!
- Receive the email and click the link to go to the voting site (or go to voting site and enter your code) https://deercreekrvgolfcc.ivotehoa.com/register
- Register for the vote by entering your name, email address and creating a password.
- Make your choice on the ballot and submit!
When your vote is complete, you will receive both an on screen confirmation and an email that the vote has been recorded. The entire process takes only a few minutes – less time than it did to read these instructions!
