Due to scheduling conflict, the meeting regarding GOLF DISCUSSION is being changed from Friday, March 8th to Friday, March 15th.
This meeting is for all residents in the four core which is Osprey Point, Eagles View, Partridge Pines, Regal Pointe and certificate holders in Regal Ridge and Mockingbird.
If you are not part of the 4-core and don't know if you are a certificate holder, please email me directly at sjewell.pmdeercreek@artemislifestyles.com and inquire and I will answer you back.
There is no voting or decisions going to be made, but discussion to answer some questions about the course.

Rules for Comments and Questions
The agenda for this meeting provides for comments and questions by members, subject to the following rules:
Due to time constraints, the comments/questions portions of this meeting will be limited to the time designated in the agenda.
To ensure that as many interested members have an opportunity to speak, as time reasonably permits, each member’s comments/questions will be limited to a total of two minutes in duration. The Board will complete any response that may be in progress, but no further questions or comments from the members will be allowed once the allotted time expires.
The issues under consideration at this meeting are listed on the agenda, provided herewith.
All questions must be directed only to the presiding member of the Board, or applicable staff. No person may address or question Board members individually. The Board will determine, in its discretion, the appropriate person to respond to any question.
The Board reserves the right to terminate any line of the comments/questions to the extent that they become personally directed, abusive, obscene, or not related to the Meeting; and (ii) request that any individual leaves the meeting and/or call for a recess or an adjournment of the meeting if any individual fails to observe reasonable decorum.
There is limited time on the agenda to answer questions from the members.
