If your smoke detector is over 10 years old, then take advantage of this FREE smoke detector and installation event!!
In association with The American Red Cross, Deer Creek CERT announces a FREE Smoke Alarms and Installation Event on Monday, March 11, 2024, between 9AM and 1PM.
This is a FREE device and installation offer to our residents. These devices contain lithium batteries which are guaranteed for 10 years. You are required to be home on the day of installation, and registration will be completed with you at that time.
The first 100 residents who respond will be confirmed for this date. As long as the need remains, we plan to continue with these installs until everyone that wants a new device is able to have one installed.
Please respond by emailing lynne.shannon831@yahoo.com with your name, address, phone number and community. The Red Cross also has a supply of bed shakers or strobe light devices should you need a hearing impaired device. I will need to know this information in advance as well. These devices are on a first-come, first-served basis.
