Deer Creek RV Golf & Country Club is managed by a Board of Directors. This Board is totally separate from your community governing board (HOA). The Corporate Board is responsible for developing an annual operating budget that is used to support the day-to-day operations of Deer Creek and for current and future needs of Deer Creek.
According to the Deer Creek Corporate Bylaws the Board is made up of a Phase Director from each of the six communities that comprise Deer Creek and one At Large Director that is elected by all eligible voters. To be elected as a director, a person must have a Corporate Certificate and must be in good standing with the Corporation.

The Phase election of the Directors happens annually. Directors from Eagles View, Regal Pointe, Mockingbird Ridge, and the Member at Large are elected in the even numbered years by the eligible voters in their community. Directors from Osprey Point, Partridge Pines and Regal Ridge are elected in odd numbered years.
All lot owners in good standing in Eagles View, Osprey Point, Regal Pointe, and Partridge Pines (core four) have one vote. In addition, each certificate holder regardless of their community, has a vote for each certificate owned.
The following board positions are open and can be filled during this 2025 election cycle: Osprey Point, Partridge Pines and Regal Ridge. At the Annual meeting, candidates will be confirmed. These positions are for a 2-year term.

Now is the time to start thinking about who a good representative from your community might be. It is important for all eligible voters to participate in this annual event. The people that are elected become the decision makers for the community for the following year.
The election is to find volunteers that are interested in our community, share similar views for the future and most
importantly have interest in continuing improvements that have been made. This is a very time-consuming position,
and all nominees should be aware of the commitment. Although it not required that you be a year-round resident,
the position requires true commitment and involvement.
