Over the past week, we had someone dispose of Refrigerator at the trash container location. Please be aware that this is not allowed. Refrigerators are one of the items not allowed in containers. (see attached rules)
If you hire a contractor to repair, replace or build something on your lot or home, they are not to use the waste containers. This is only allowed for self use of residents only. Contractors are responsible to dispose of their own waste off-property. This includes water heaters, furniture, trash, yard waste/trees, etc. If the contractor is witnessed, they are billed. If the contractor doesn't pay, it will be billed to the homeowner. If you are unsure, please call the office first! 863-424-2839.
Many residents have not updated their 2024 maintenance fee rates. Check your email for PAST DUE BALANCE or call the office (863-424-2839) to find out more information. We really appreciate your assistance to clear our delinquency list each month! Also, please make sure your account number is on payment. (this would be 10 digits for maintenance fee accounts) We have a lock box on side of Administration building to drop off maintenance fee or water bill payments.
We have been asked to remind residents that there is a stop sign at the exit gate. Unfortunately, many have drove right through after the gate goes up. Please understand there is a 4 way stop. You won't get anywhere faster by not stopping, but you may for sure save a life by being cautious and safe. PLEASE, stop for gate to open and stop again for the sign.
If an incident/accident happens while on common property, please complete incident report (attached) and submit to Administration office in person or email to Benita at assistant.deercreek@artemislifestyles.com
If you rent your lot/home, you are to have a renter form (attached) completed and submit to the Administration office or email to Benita at assistant.deercreek@artemislifestyles.com

Vendors for meat and vegetables are here every week during season at the Administration parking lot. Baxter's Meats is here on Thursday from noon until around 2pm. Our vegetable vendor is here on Fridays. Come support your local vendors!
