I / we also understand that the e-mail address will become an official record of the Association. I / we understand this consent will remain in effect until a written notice is sent to Samantha Jewell @ sjewell.pmdeercreek@artemislifestyles.com as well as any email updates are the sole responsibility of the homeowner to communicate to Corporate Manager and/or Administration office.
