We have several exciting updates and important reminders to share with you:
🗓 Budget Meeting – November 6th
The annual budget meeting for the 4-core communities (OP, EV, PP, and RP) and certificate holders will be held on Thursday, November 6th at the MCH. Notices were sent via email or mail on October 22, 2025.
📣 Good news! Maintenance fees for 2025 remain unchanged for three of the four communities — with only a minor increase for Regal Pointe. We hope residents appreciate the Board’s thoughtful planning, especially as costs continue to rise nationwide.

If you are a Mockingbird Ridge or Regal Ridge resident, this (corporate) budget is different than your community. You will need to reach out to your manager for your own community budget.
🍽 Greenside Grill & New Shops
We’re thrilled to announce that Greenside Grill will reopen next month — along with a brand-new Deli and Ice Cream Shop!
Tentative Hours:
• Deli/Ice Cream: Wednesday–Sunday, 11 AM–7 PM
• Restaurant: Thursday–Saturday, 4 PM–8 PM Sunday, 11:30 AM–6 PM
Hours may adjust, so keep an eye out for specials and updates!
🚚 Local Vendor Trucks
We’re proud to support local businesses right here in the community:
• Produce Man – Every Friday in the Administration parking lot
• Baxter’s Meats – 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month
Stop by and shop fresh — let’s support our local vendors!
⛳ Golf Course & Irrigation Upgrade
We’ll be sending out a Course Report to keep you informed (see attached). By year-end, we’re installing a Central Weather Station to optimize irrigation across the course — all managed from a single system.
🌱 We’re proud to share that we received a $20,000 grant through the state’s WISE program, which supports water-saving upgrades!
🏊 MCH Pool Renovation – December
A major renovation of the MCH pool, spa, and deck is scheduled for December. The area will be closed for approximately one month, and we’re excited to unveil new furniture and improvements once complete!
🗳 Upcoming Elections
In the coming weeks, you’ll receive details about Phase Elections in Eagles View and Regal Pointe, as well as the Member-at-Large position.

🌳 Tree Services Update
Please note: We will not be offering Briggs sign-ups this year due to their new $500 minimum per job. While we’ve explored other vendors, no alternatives have been secured yet.
Residents with tree needs may contact Briggs directly or choose a vendor of their preference. We’ll notify you if options change.
🤝 Resident Support Services
Several kind-hearted residents have offered to assist elderly neighbors with non-medical tasks — such as companionship, errands, trash placement, etc.

We also have skilled nurses available for medical assistance if needed. These new volunteers are offering more personal, day-to-day support — and we’re grateful for their generosity.
