Hello Regal Pointe Residents,
Please be advised that the resident gate access codes have been reset, effective Tuesday, July 22, 2025.
These codes are used by residents without gate clickers to enter through both the front gate at the Ranger Station and the Regal Pointe community gate.
Your new resident access code is: 8385
If you have guests arriving after hours, you may provide them with this code to access the Regal Pointe gate.
For security, resident codes are updated approximately every six months. You will receive the updated code via email when changes occur.
If you wish to purchase a gate clicker, they are available at the Administration Office for $25 (cash or check only).
