Osprey Point Meter Maintenance

Good Morning,

During the slow months, our water department and maintenance crew will be conducting routine maintenance on the water meters. This may include relocating a meter on your property, raising the meter at a higher level or general maintenance of the meter. As a reminder, utilities, maintenance & management has the authority to be within our easements of your property (5ft on each side and back and 10 to 12ft in front). No meter covers should be buried under any plants, mulch, rocks, large objects placed on them or anything else that would impair utilities from locating and accessing the meter. If you have anything that may interfere with meter access, please remove immediately.
