Hope all is well with everyone! While riding through Osprey Point in June, there were several lots in need of weed removal. Please take a moment to look at your lot and if necessary remove any visible weeds. If you are not here, you may call me or email me directly to check if your property is one that is in need of weed removal.

While your HOA is aware most residents are not here during the summer, it is still necessary to have someone look after your lot to ensure it is in compliance with your community covenants.

I will be conducting inspections on 7/14/2023, please contact me prior to this date to verify & advise when weeds will be removed.
