SPEED LIMIT is always
10 MPH in ALL areas.
We continue to have a problem with speeding throughout the community. Many of the offenders are often our own residents.
We've had several complaints by owners of people moving thru at an excessive rate – including golf carts, Bicyclist and Skateboarders.
Anything on wheels (self-propelled or motorized should abide by speed limit).
I’m asking if we all do our share and lead by example.
Please try to be extra diligent – safety is the most important issue.
There are pedestrians, folks on golf carts, bicyclists, and people out just enjoying the weather.
We need to keep an eye out for everyone. I know we are all busy but the time to be distracted is not while we are driving.
We are asking you to be conscious every day.
Please stay safe and look out for one another.
