Our gate vendor has advised that gate arms should remain in the upright position when temperatures are at or below 40 degrees to prevent strain or damage to the motors and control systems.
Based on the projected evening temperatures this week, Maintenance will raise the gates at approximately 3:30 PM each day when colder conditions are expected. This practice will continue throughout the upcoming cold spell.
Please note that a daily email will not be sent, so we ask that all residents be aware of this temporary procedure.
