Please be advised that tree removal work is currently underway on the common grounds and golf course. Our certified arborist has inspected the trees and confirmed they are in decline; removal does not require a county permit. (the entire centers of some of these are completely rotten)
This work is being done for safety and to protect the surrounding landscape. There is always discussion and plans to re-plant trees for those being removed.
What to expect
• Location: Common grounds and golf course areas
• Status: Crews are on site and work is in progress
• Impact: You may see crews, equipment, and brief temporary closures or rerouting of nearby paths and parking. We will minimize disruption and restore the area when work is complete.
• Safety: Please give crews space and follow any posted signs or temporary barriers for your safety.
A brief request We appreciate residents who raise legitimate concerns. At the same time, please understand that our team inquiries with the certified arborists, consult with professionals, and follows governing documents before taking action. We will continue to communicate important items like this, but we ask for your trust and for complaints to be submitted only when there is a documented issue or a clear violation of community rules. Unsubstantiated or repetitive complaints that fall within our guidelines will not result in further contact.
