We want to inform you that the Main Clubhouse pool will undergo resurfacing beginning Monday, December 22, 2025. The project is expected to last approximately one month, with completion anticipated around January 22, 2026. Please note this timeline is weather permitting and may be extended if additional work is required. We will keep you updated on any delays or changes.
Following the pool resurfacing, the pool deck is scheduled for work shortly after. We will provide more details and updates on that project as the time approaches and information becomes available.
During this period:
• The pool area will be closed to all residents and guests. No one is permitted to enter the pool area for any reason while work is underway.
• The project will proceed in several phases, each overseen by our Maintenance staff to ensure safety and quality.
• We have scheduled this work during December, when cooler temperatures typically mean less pool usage, to minimize disruption.
