I have one certificate for sale by owner. The current value is $1020.00 and the owner is asking $1000. The certificate provides a $15 monthly discount on your maintenance fees up until July 2031. The certificate value will always remain at $1000 and also provides discounts for golf that do not expire and one additional vote when casting votes for your community HOA members and corporate Board of Directors. It will also allow you to serve on the corporate board.
If you are a Mockingbird resident, the purchase of the certificate will allow you the usage of Deer Creek Amenities & dumpsters, along with other discount benefits & vote. It will require a monthly maintenance payment in the amount of $60 (normal rate is $75 & $15 discount would be deducted).
The maximum certificates allowed per lot is two, so if you already own two on a lot; we can't sell you another.
If interested, please contact me directly. This is a first come, first serve sale and there is an additional $100 transfer fee. You will need two checks, $1000 for the purchase to be sent to the owner and $100 transfer fee made out to Deer Creek RV Golf & CC Inc.
