The Board of Directors shall have the powers and duties necessary for the Administration of the affairs of the Corporation. Deer Creek RV Golf & Country Club, Inc. Board of Directors are elected. Each Community elects this representative (Phase Director) in a separate election than your HOA Board/election.
The representatives are elected as: Even years: Eagles View, Regal Pointe, Mockingbird, and member at large. Odd years: Osprey Point, Partridge Pines, Regal Ridge
Qualification to Membership is being an owner who owns a certificate.

In addition to the members being elected (Phase election) in each community, there is a position for MEMBER AT LARGE which is the representative who is elected to be for ALL/ANY homeowner(s) in Deer Creek. The Member at Large can be a certificate holder in any community, in good standing. Attached is the form for the Member at Large Director position.
If interested, please complete, and follow instructions on bottom of form (attached) regarding submission. The Member at Large position will be elected at the Annual Meeting in February. Deadline for submission is January 26, 2024.
Open Director positions for 2024:
Eagles View, Regal Pointe, Mockingbird Ridge, and Member at Large.
*If there is only one candidate for nomination in phase election, there will be no electronic voting in phases. Director will be confirmed by HOA Board of Directors following closing of position.
