The budget meeting for the 4-core (OP, EV, PP and RP) and certificate holders will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024 at the MCH. Notices for Budget Meeting were sent via email or mail to each member on October 21, 2024. The good news is that the rate has not changed for 2025, so there will be no need to update rates with your financial institution. If you did not receive the notice or have any questions, please forward them to Samantha at sjewell.pmdeercreek@artemislifestyles.com . We will also have a comparison for 2024/2025 available upon request. To be clear, if you are a Mockingbird Ridge or Regal Ridge resident, this budget is different than your community. You will need to reach out to your manager for your own community budget.
For those who like Baxter's meats who come to Deer Creek occasionally, the dates for the rest of the year are 11/14, 11/28, 12/12 and 12/26. (every two weeks) and they are at the Administration parking lot from 12-2.
Our new vendor for the restaurant Greenside Grill will be starting this month. Be sure to welcome them and enjoy their food options. Buddy's also is planning to return this month and we will send updates when received! We appreciate both of them for providing options to our residents/owners.
A friendly reminder about our trash bins, including landscape debris and bulk. If it is full, we ask that you kindly wait until container is emptied and not place any materials on the outside of containers. Please and thank you.
We would like to thank everyone for working with the DC Blvd. being resealed this week and the traffic. Although it can be stressful, the job was completed! This sealing after our mill/pave last year will be beneficial for the life of the road!
