This is also a reminder that our summer office hours are now in effect:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Please note that the Administration Office closes at noon on Fridays.
Community Reminders
Recent notices related to trees, landscaping, and exterior cleaning are part of a community-wide follow-up after prior holds due to freeze conditions and water restrictions. These notices are intended as courtesy reminders identifying items for review–not enforcement actions. We appreciate your attention to maintaining your property.
We have also received reports regarding pet-related concerns within the community:
- Pets are being allowed in recreational areas such as horseshoe, shuffleboard, and tennis courts
- Waste is not consistently being picked up
- Some pets are being allowed off-leash
These items are not permitted under community rules and create sanitation and safety concerns. Residents are expected to:
- Keep pets on a leash at all times
- Clean up after their pets immediately
Maintenance staff are not responsible for pet waste. Your cooperation is necessary to keep Deer Creek clean, safe, and enjoyable for all residents.
