Briggs tree trimming will again be on property to trim Deer Creek common area trees in January 2024. Briggs has again agreed to do trimming for residents at a discounted price while they are on property, with the understanding that you are agreeing to and will be billed for two times a year trimming (January/June)
Autumn (Briggs Representative) has informed us that she only has 18 as of today’s date signed up.
If you are interested, please complete form attached and bring to main office or return via email to Julie at jcooper@artemislifestyles.com . Julie will email you directly after receiving the form when in receipt of it. If you do not receive an email of confirmation, please follow up directly, to ensure you are on the list.
We will submit information to Briggs Tree Service. Upon receipt, Briggs will provide you with an estimate prior to start of the job for your final approval. (You must approve to provide service)
Please indicate on the diagram on the form where trees are located on your property.
NOTE: All agreements must be received by 12/08/23. If you reply/reach out after that date, you will be required to follow-up directly with Briggs at briggstreeservice@gmail.com or by calling 863-557-9991.
