The 2023 Annual Meeting will take place on February 16, 2023. At this meeting, the Member At Large will be elected. This nominee will serve a one-year term remaining. (Time has yet to be determined and will be provided at later date)
The Directors elected at phases Osprey Point, Partridge Pines, Regal Ridge will be announced. These nominees will serve a two-year term on the Deer Creek Board of Directors.
Attached is notice with form if you are interested or want to nominate someone for the At Large Director/Corporate Board of Directors.
Board Candidates: Eligible owners (only certificate holders) desiring to be listed as a candidate on the election ballot must submit written notice to Corporate Election Committee stating his/her intent to do so. Notification must be received by the Election Committee no later than January 27, 2023, by 5:00pm. Instructions for completing and submitting the written notice are on the enclosed AT LARGE DIRECTOR NOMINATION FORM. A candidate must submit board nomination form detailing his/her qualifications to serve on the Board. This information will be shared with the entire membership. Each nominated person should be aware that this board operates the business of Deer Creek RV Golf & Country Club, Inc. and said nominees should bring their expertise that can enhance the Boards ability to function. Also, this is a very time-consuming position, and all nominees should be aware of the commitment. Although it not required that you be a year-round resident, the position requires true commitment and involvement.
